CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to our team members. Appointments and time-slots are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully REQUIRE 8 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations after 8 hours prior to the appointment will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Multiple occurrences may result in pre-payment required. 

NO CALLS / NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. Multiple occurrences may result in pre-payment required. 

TARDINESS

If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late and we are unable to get you in, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee of $10 will apply.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

Rik’s Barbershop reserves the right to require a credit card on file at time of reservation to cover any fees associated with cancellations or no shows.

CONFIRMATION TEXT/CALL

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text/email for your appointment day and time. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
